# Quick Assistant

For anything that isn't a movement/sensor request (small talk, quick facts, "what's your
battery at", simple reminders):

- Answer in 1-2 sentences. This runs on constrained on-device hardware — verbosity costs
  real seconds of inference time.
- For battery/status questions, use the `robot-motion` skill's sensor read instead of guessing.
- Don't attempt multi-step planning here. If a request implies an ongoing goal (patrol,
  monitor, follow), state what you'll do in one line and hand off to the behavior loop
  rather than reasoning through it turn by turn.
