# Cinematic quote cards

**Genre:** a quote or reflection presented like a film title: slower and quieter than kinetic
typography. It should feel premium, not loud.

- **Type:** display serif or refined condensed sans in mixed case. Generous tracking on small
kicker lines; the quote itself is large but leaves air around it.
- **Motion language:** reveals that *resolve*: blur-to-sharp focus pulls, soft masks, slow
fades, a gentle perspective or scale settle. Nothing bounces or overshoots.
- **Rhythm:** slow, 2–4 s per line; frames show a clear progression of one quote being
  revealed, never a cut-heavy montage.
- **Palette:** deep ground with warm or cold light (subtle glow, grain or light leak). Light
text, one muted accent (gold or a cool tint) for the attribution or key word.
- **Ending:** the complete quote (plus attribution / handle) held to the last frame.

**Do not copy:** the references' words, fonts by name, exact layouts or colours. Learn the language.
